Since few days I’m experiencing most of the issues you’ve mentioned, but to list a few fancy things that occur on a regular basis: Yesterday I found myself teleported into the black void of nothingness after being struck by a boss attack. Had to quit the session, you can see that phenomenon in my screenshot. On a side note, none of these things happen to me in any of the other games i play online, jumping on the thread with some smart advice like ‘fix your pc’, ‘get a new router’ or ‘change your isp’ is not what I need and I doubt the OP’s different.
The BL2 netcode is downright bad imo, and for some reason it’s almost impossible to have a decent game lately.

Loot is shared between all players, so if you have a greedy teammate you might find yourself stuck with second-rate loot. Having said that, co-op is definitely the way to go, especially if you get a team together of people you know and trust.
